Held over two exciting days in March, more than 500 guests gathered to experience everything that makes Briggs Ranch a standout master-planned community in San Antonio. 

Visitors enjoyed live entertainment, local vendors, family-friendly activities, and the opportunity to tour new homes for sale from David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, and Toll Brothers. You had plenty of options too, with churro offerings from Cloud 9 Cotton Candy, treats from La Concheria Gourmet Bakery, and more.

The fun didn’t stop with food. Kids were all smiles as they enjoyed face painting and balloon artistry, while adults embraced their creative side with cactus pot painting and coaster printing. And, of course, the beer burros meet-and-greet stole the show.

The event gave future residents a firsthand look at the welcoming atmosphere that helps define life at Briggs Ranch.
